I began my engagement with Julie in the Spring of 2024 when nothing was working for me for weight loss.  Through weekly discussions with Julie, my focus began to expand to whole health including nutrition, stress, healthy habits and sleep.  Julie is very knowledgeable on a variety of topics which led me to considering alternatives to some bad habits that I developed and she talked through the science and research behind her suggestions and even provided recommending readings that supported the information.  Julie always steered me toward developing my own goals that I could commit to trying and which eventually led me to shifting my mindset.  I’m happy to say that I’ve come to a point where I am more disciplined and have been able to commit to a healthier lifestyle and ultimately have experienced weight loss!  I am almost at my intended goal and know that my success has a lot to do with my engagement with Julie!  I would highly recommend Julie’s services to anyone that is looking for a reset on some unhealthy habits or for any other wellness goals including stress, weight loss, healthy nutrition and much more!

Julie has such a great meditation voice! Her guided meditations are so relaxing and her warmth and expertise create such a calming and supportive environment. Our lives, whether it be personal or work related, may get overwhelming at times, we can easily get caught up, even totally lost in the myriads of daily work and personal related activities and demands, therefore, taking time for peace and calm and to be able to center ourselves is very important.  And that’s where Julie comes in, once a week Julie joins us at our office and guides us in an hour of group meditation, calming and relaxing our minds and spirits. Grounding us.  Julie is truly amazing; her calm easy voice and skills center us through breathing techniques, body scans, engaging our senses, visualization etc., allowing our work group to clear our minds and refocus.
